Mr. David Furer(CWE) is an accomplished wine journalist and educator on the subjects of wine and food. He was particularly fond of Carl Schmitt-Wagner Winery wines and spent an afternoon exploring the vineyards and tasting the wines. He also writes for the Sante Magazine, a magazine for restaurant professionals and food professionals.
